We started Freshly Home with a frustration: every cleaning service felt like a gamble. Different people each time. Different quality each time. We thought we could do better — and eight years later, we still believe that.
Freshly Home opened its doors in the spring of 2017 with one van, three teammates, and a handful of neighborhood clients who took a chance on us. We didn't have a slick marketing budget. What we had was a stubborn belief that house cleaning could be done thoughtfully — the way you'd clean for someone you love.
Today we serve hundreds of homes each month, but our approach hasn't changed. The same team visits the same home. We learn your space, your preferences, the little things that make a clean feel personal — the way the throw is folded, which side of the sink your hand soap lives on, whether you like a candle lit when we leave.
